If you need a prescription refill before a scheduled appointment, please call your pharmacy.  Ask them to send us a fax at 623-298-3008 if additional information is needed.  If your prescription has no refills available or has expired, call our office to schedule an appointment.  A review of your health status and medication refill appointment generally can be scheduled the day you call. Any changes to a prescribed medication will need an appointment prior to changing the medication.

If there is an urgent need and you are unable to make an appointment, you can also renew your prescriptions online through our website. Please allow at least 48 hours for your refill to be processed.

No refills for controlled substances will be authorized without an appointment.
