General Recommendations

To promote health and prevent disease, we follow the guidelines recommended by the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF), which is an independent panel of non-Federal experts in prevention and evidence-based medicine composed of primary care providers.  The recommendations of the USPSTF are considered the "gold standard" to help people maintain their health.
